Essential Oils for Emotional & Mental Well-Being


Mental health is described as our psychological, emotional, and social well-being. It affects how we react with others and our environment, how we think, and by extension, the choices we make. If we ignore our emotional health, it is very difficult to enjoy optimal physical health. Our essential oils can offer a wonderful balance and renewal to overall health and wellness.

Aromas are carried directly into our brain to the area of the limbic system or emotional area. This can create immediate feelings such as joy, peace or energy.

Because essential oils have a direct impact on our brain and why quality and knowing the source of your essential oils is so important.

Suggested Oils for Emotional & Mental Health Support

  • Lavender - for calming and relaxation. Use in diffuser or few drops on a tissue and inhale.

  • Bergamot or Lemon - to uplift and refresh. Use in a diffuser to refresh your home or office.

  • Peppermint - to energize. Use in a spritzer and use on you or in your space to revitalize your mind and emotions.
