The breakout and shared experience are an important part of the evening, so if you can, plan to join us live and give yourself the full 90 minutes.

Come as you are. Give yourself permission to be fully present.

Before We Gather

You do not need to prepare anything complicated.

Just have:

a journal or notebook
something to write with
a quiet place where you can be fully present
an open heart and willingness to listen
essential oil
